Three Candidates for Independent President Commissioner of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara 2024-2027 Announced

SAMARINDA – The Selection Committee for the election of the Independent President Commissioner of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara has announced the names of participants who have successfully passed to the final selection stage.

Based on a series of rigorous criteria tests including the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Test, Feasibility and Suitability Test (UKK), Paper Writing, as well as Presentation and Interview, the top three candidates have been identified.

This decision has been formalized in Announcement Number: 500/12997/EK regarding the final results of the independent president commissioner candidates of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara for 2024-2027.

It is agreed based on alphabetical order of the participants’ names and will be followed up by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of PT BPD Kaltim Kaltara in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Financial Services Authority.

The selected independent commissioner will serve for the period 2024 – 2027, in accordance with Government Regulation Number 54 of 2017 concerning Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 37 of 2018 concerning the Appointment and Dismissal of Supervisory Board Members or Commissioners and Board of Directors Members of BUMDs.
